7:45 – 8:00 AM: The bus and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point. Begin your Ho Chi Minh City sightseeing tour with a visit to the War Remnants Museum – a place preserving heroic evidence of the Vietnamese people’s struggle against foreign invaders. The museum also exposes the crimes and highlights the devastating consequences of war.
Independence Palace: A famous historical site attracting many local and international visitors. It also serves as a venue for meetings and receptions of central and city leaders.
Notre Dame Cathedral: Built by the French right after they occupied Saigon, the cathedral was constructed as a place of worship for French Catholics.
Saigon Central Post Office: Also known as the Central Post Office, this is one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most iconic architectural works, located at No. 2, Paris Commune Square, District 1.
12:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant. After that, the bus takes you to visit Binh Tay Market, also known as the “New Cho Lon Market,” built in the 1920s in the center of the area established by the first Chinese settlers in Cho Lon. Continue the journey to Thien Hau Temple (also known as Lady Thien Hau Pagoda), one of the oldest temples of the Chinese community in Saigon.
5:00 PM: The bus and tour guide will take you back to the hotel. End of the tour!
