06:30 AM: The group departs from Vietnam Daily Luxury Tour Office, 219 Pham Ngũ  Street, District 1. Begin your 1-day Dong Thap – Sa Dec Flower Garden Tour.

Guests will stop for breakfast (at your own expense) at Van Thinh Rest Stop, where you can choose from dishes such as beef noodle soup (bun bo), hu tieu, pho, broken rice (com tam), served with a soft drink or Vietnamese iced coffee.

After breakfast, continue the journey. On the way, the tour guide will introduce some famous landmarks of the Long An – My Tho region, such as Go Den rice wine, Cho Dao fragrant rice, Ben Luc town, and especially, you will pass My Thuan Bridge – the largest cable-stayed bridge in Vietnam.

The group arrives in Dong Thap to explore and admire the beauty of Tan Quy Dong Ornamental Flower Village – Sa Dec Flower Village, a traditional craft village with a history of over 100 years. Located along the Tien River, this place is known as the “land of ornamental flowers”, covering more than 510 hectares, home to over 1,300 households and 2,000 species of flowers and ornamental plants. It is considered one of the largest flower-growing areas in the Mekong Delta and southern Vietnam.

The village also attracts visitors with its charming flower-themed coffee shops, featuring open spaces decorated with wooden boats, pedicabs, monkey bridges, and thatched huts filled with colorful blossoms — a perfect spot for relaxation and photography.

Next, continue to visit Happy Land Hung Thy, a must-see check-in destination in the heart of the Flower Village, offering a variety of beautiful photo spots and vibrant floral scenes.

Noon: Guests will enjoy a lunch featuring Mekong Delta specialties, such as sesban flower and shrimp salad, grilled snakehead fish, crispy fried river fish, braised pork belly with pepper, stewed pork leg with lotus seeds, and boiled seasonal vegetables.

After lunch, the group continues to visit Lai Vung Tangerine Garden, known as the “Kingdom of Pink Tangerines”, covering more than 2,000 hectares of lush orchards. Here, visitors can taste the sweet, fragrant Lai Vung tangerines, enjoy freshly squeezed juice or iced tangerine tea, and freely take photos among the trees laden with ripe, golden fruits, some of which hang so low they nearly touch the ground.

Here, visitors can experience life as a local farmer by harvesting ripe tangerines and even buying some as gifts for family and friends.

Next, the group visits Phuoc Kien Pagoda, also known as the Lotus Leaf Pagoda or the “King Lotus Pagoda.” Built before the reign of King Thieu Tri, this temple is famous for its giant lotus plants growing in the pond. The massive lotus leaves can support the weight of up to 140 kilograms, making it a fascinating and unique attraction for visitors.

The King Lotus flowers bloom for the first time around 6:00 PM, filling the air with a delightful fragrance until about midnight, when the petals begin to close. Around 3:00 AM, the flowers bloom again and remain open until 4:00–5:00 PM. Starting with a delicate pinkish-white hue, each time the lotus blooms, its color deepens until it finally fades into a rich purple tone.

Visitors can also take unique and memorable photos standing on the giant lotus leaves, enjoying this rare and fascinating experience.

The group departs for Ho Chi Minh City, stopping en route to shop for local specialties. Upon arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, the tour concludes.

👧 Children’s Ticket Policy

• Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for the child’s meals, accommodation, and entrance fees (if any). Each pair of adults may accompany one child under 5 years old free of charge; the second child and beyond must pay 50% of the tour price.

• Children from 5 to under 10 years old: Charged 75% of the tour price.
